Who can use Wicker?

Our first release is for adults aged 18 and over in Ghana.

How do I install Wicker on Android?

Tap Download for Android, open the APK, and follow your phone’s installation prompts. Your phone may ask you to allow installs from your browser. Contact us if you need help.

Using an older device that supports 32-bit apps? Try the 32-bit APK.

Can I use Wicker on iPhone?

The iPhone beta is currently closed to new testers. Check TestFlight availability for updates. When the beta reopens, TestFlight is the intended way to install it.

Can I add my business?

Yes. Add your business or request ownership of an existing listing. The Free dashboard brings together your storefront, catalog, stock and appointments. Ownership review is separate from a plan and is available on Free. We can help you get started.

What is the Basic pilot?

Eligible businesses can choose a 90-day Basic pilot for activity reports and reviewed contextual promotions. The pilot has no charge and does not renew automatically. Basic has a planned price of GHS 60/month, but paid subscriptions are not available. A plan does not approve business ownership or activate payments.

Does the checkout demo charge me?

No. The checkout demo previews a single seller’s physical items for pickup or an existing service appointment. Hubtel integration and API credentials are pending. No money moves, and Wicker holds no funds in this demo. It does not create an order, change a booking or reserve stock. Its DEMO confirmation is not a payment receipt.

If you enter a mobile-money number and network, the demo validates their format and shows a masked number. It does not send the details to Hubtel or prove that the wallet belongs to you. Read how demo data is handled.
